We are here to inform you of the updated charging structure designed to provide clarity and convenience for our valued tenants. Please make sure to read these terms before proceeding to the next step.

Monthly Room Rental

Single Occupancy

Applies to Single, Medium, Balcony, or Master rooms.

Double Occupancy

Applies to Medium, Balcony, or Master rooms.

Monthly Car Park Rental

Car park rentals are as advertised, advised, and approved.

Fee Structure

Rental rates are as set per room type.

Rental rate as set per room type plus an additional RM100 for the second occupant.

Car park rentals are as advertised, advised, and approved.
Exclusively available to Wetopia X BeLive tenants.

Fee Structure

The rental rates will include a Comprehensive Service Fee (CSF) as part of your monthly rental amount as briefed by the Community Managers/Manager/Sales Team/Virtual Advisor. This fee is structured to enhance your living experience by providing a hassle-free and all-inclusive rental solution, ensuring your comfort and peace of mind throughout your tenancy.

Measured by Smart IoT Meter: RM0.75/unit (Topup Basis)

Admin Fee: RM399 (One-Time Off & Non-Refundable)

Zero Security Deposit Charges (Malaysians ONLY): 15% of rental (One-Time Off & Non-Refundable)

Access Card Deposit: RM150/card (One-Time Off & Refundable)

Security Deposit (Foreign Tenants ONLY): 2 Months of Rental (One-Time Off & Refundable)
