What are the room prices?
- Prices depend on the prospects’ preferences.
- Room price starts at RM450-RM900 for single room
- RM1,300-RM2,450 for studio units.

What’s the deposit/payment options like?
We have 4 types of deposit options available;
1) Zero Deposit
- Must be Malaysian Citizen
- Must passed lite CTOS Screening
- Monthly rental payment under auto debit (curlec)
- Must settle one month advance rental
- RM150 Booking fee/Admin fee (Non-Refundable)
- RM150 Utilities Deposit (Refundable with T&C)
2) 1+1 Deposit (Failed CTOS Screening)
- Must be Malaysian Citizen
- Monthly rental payment under auto debit (curlec)
- One month rental security deposit (Cannot be used as rental payment)
- Must settle one month advance rental
- RM150 Booking fee/Admin fee (Non-Refundable)
- RM150 Utilities Deposit (Refundable with T&C)
3) EZ Payment
- Must be Malaysian Citizen
- Lump-sum payment of tenancy duration minimum 6 months
- No deposit required
- 2.5% Interest Annum
4) Pay Later
- Download the Paylater app and must have enough credit balance through the App
- Must settle 25% upfront payment from the total tenancy duration under paylater app
- Set the number of months (min 6 months)
